The Park Hyatt is the place to stay if you're after a luxurious, beautiful hotel that is right on the harbour. In saying that, when you are paying $700 a night for a hotel room, I think that the internet should be free people!! The Park Hyatt Hotel offers big rooms, a pleasant contemporary atmosphere, a magnificent location, and particularly remarkable service (their concierge is very helpful, and their limo service is very reliable).
