I had an overnight stay at the Cliff House in June, we ate in the bar and the food was wonderful, the people were very friendly also. We have just returned from a three-day stay at the Cliff House Hotel. It lacked too many basic facilities and courtesies for the €70 per person per night that we were charged. There was no reserved parking for guests, so that very often all the parking spaces were taken up by people visiting the bar. Our room had neither shower... more

We stayed at the Cliff house for two nights as part of a tour . The staff were very helpful , the rooms were good . Noel the regular evening entertainer was top class , very funny . Would highly recommed the hotel . more

Ballybunion is one of the loveliest towns and even though I don't play golf the beaches alone are worth the trip. My daughter and I stayed here in the end of May 2002. It was such a lovely view of the sea. Room was quite nice. Hope to return in the near future. Hotel was located central to beach and town. more
