The family who runs this hotel were so kind to us Americana girls! My luggage was lost and they went out of their way the following day to go to the Ancona airport on their own, without me, to retrieve my luggage! Also, the daughter of the proprietor (who doesn't work at the hotel) and her husband were so nice... more
