The only issue with the hotel that we had was the location. It's not a bad location overlooking the canal but for us it was too far away from both the train station and the main sights in Copenhagen. Other than that the hotel was excellent. Rooms were large and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was... more

Stayed in this hotel pre and post cruise and we found the overall experience to be great. The location of the hotel wasn't bad as it was in a business like area. About a 10-15 minute walk to the Stroget. Not much in the immediate area for shopping/restaurants so plan on having to take a walk or taxi to find... more

This is a great place to stay with good service and location. The rooms were clean and spacious with good amenities and views of the canal. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location while generally good was still a good 20 minute walk from the city center. more

Hotel was fine we stayed 3 nights before boarding a cruise ship. We had conceirge level and quality of room was fine, except the room was prepared for one person! One guest robe, one pair of slippers, one apple and worst of all only one chocolate on the pillow! I asked for extra towels upon our arrival and was asked... more

We don't normally stay at Marriotts but the price of five star hotels in Copenhagen is steep so we thought we'd give the Marriott a go and we were really pleasantly surprised, It's location is good, with great views overlooking the canal on one side and pretty dreadful views overlooking a main road on the other side, so make sure... more

Our family stayed here in June and found the Marriott to be a clean, modern, friendly hotel, with a slightly out of the way location, but accessible by a short walk to downtown Copenhagen and its attractions. We were upgraded at our request and had a large, quiet room with lounge access which saves considerable money in expensive Copenhagen. I... more

Location is good- 20 mins by taxi to the airport- walk or taxi into town. Altho hardly picturesque in pseudo dockland area which has been redeveloped... It looks like some people picked up late deals on this hotel in the past- I have only paid top rates on stays here and it is expensive... I have not stayed in the... more

We were lucky to get this hotel on Priceline for $125 for 2 nights pre cruise. We arrived at 2pm and were able to get into a room right away. The concierge is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and large for a European city. There are outdoor tables to enjoy morning free coffee on the canal. It is... more

Very impressive, very friendly staff and very well located - Tivoli Gardens and Central Station is about 15 minutes walk, so in the other direction is Fisketorvet Shopping Centre. The hotel is also directly connected to the DFDS Canal Bus network with its own stop as well as the sightseeing bus. Hotel was very quiet, good high quality facilities in... more
