I spent two nights B&B at the Tivoli during an oversees property inspection trip, so I didn't have a clue what to expect in terms of accommodation provided and I have to say that I was extremely impressed. I was given a double room on the seventh floor which was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The view overlooked the railway... more

My first trip to Lisbon was business-related, and I stayed one night at the Tivoli Tejo, which is actually now called Tivoli Oriente. This hotel was located right at the Lisbon Expo site of 1998. That Expo left a legacy of a large train/subway/bus station, a large shopping centre, a number of waterfront restaurants, a few large convention buildings, a... more

We had a short stay in Lisbon, a city we hadn't been to before, and I chose this hotel because of the family friendly references made in other reviews on this website and was not let down at all. We arrived in Lisbon on train at the Oriente station and the hotel was literally on our door stop. The staff... more

My husband and I spent four nights at the Tivoli Tejo in December 2007; we stayed in a double room on the twelfth floor. The hotel is located five minutes taxi ride from the airport (there is no metro connection between the airport and Lisbon‘s metro system yet), which cost us 6 Euros each way. All the hotel staff we... more

We had an F-16 reunion at this hotel and everything was outstanding. In working with the group coordinator at the hotel, she was very friendly and very helpful. We were able to make all the arrangements, set the menus, establish dates with absolutely no problems. Upon arrival the entire staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are... more

This hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast selection was huuuuge, from pancakes, to read, cereal. all of it was there. The entrance and pool etc was impressive, however, I was a little disappointed with the rooms, however that is only because I had previously stayed in Real Palacio., they were basic but they... more

Had to go to Lisbon on a business trip, and this hotel was a 5 minute walk from where I would be working for a few days. It's a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport (5€ fare). The lobby of the hotel is small, and not all that welcoming, but the reception staff were very good. My room was... more

This hotel lived up to the billing on the tripadvisor reviews. It really was a class act. Clean , Smart , great location and views were outstanding. Room size and standard was very good. One little niggle is that no drinking water is provided other than via the minibar which i thought was a little tight. The Breakfast was outstanding... more

We enjoyed the Tivoli because of the service, cleanliness of rooms, and great location. We celebrated my son's 12th birthday here and were able to see all of Lisbon. Metro and train was directly across street , and so convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Shopping mall was directly across the street with great shops, good places to eat...Try portugalia and sr... more

I've now stayed twice at the Tivoli Tejo. The first time we were just going to stop over on the way back from the Algarve, but ending up booking extra nights at the request of our children. We loved the rooms; their decor, the views over the Vasco de Gama bridge and Nation's Park, and the comfort they afforded. We... more
