I statyed at this hotel as part of a tour package so I will not speak of value.The tour calls itself a luxury tour! The hotel calls itself a 4 star. Very good ski hotel in Zermatt. Well appointed an very good value. Superb views of the MAtterhorn and very close to the main Sunnegga Express lift. I would have no hesitation in reccomending this hotel. more

Christiania is a mountain hotel so you can expect a lot of wood. Is placed a little off-center (actually nothing is off-center in Zermatt) slightly elevated than the rest. Rooms were spacious. Maybe not stylish, not luxurious but were really comfortable and quiet. Most of them have a balcony overlooking the "Matterhorn", fantastic. I has one one room of this... more
