Average hotel. Rooms are very small and the building has a bit of an institutional feel. The room was clean and the breakfast was reasonable. The center of town is about 15-20 mins by foot or 5-10 minutes by bus. There's probably nicer places to stay in Geneva for the same price; but I was content with my stay. more

I stayed at Le Grenil for two nights in June 2004. Foremost, the staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. We were able to borrow an iron without any fuss, for example. Staff were more than happy to help with directions etc. Something we also found very handy (though we didn't make use of it) was a laundry service whereby... more
