WOW, what a room 2 floors. We arrived in Siena and trust me-unless you know your way around do not drive in the center. We had to park and walk about a 1/2 mile to the hotel. This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff were very pleasant. Ceiling in our room was a work of art. Freshly pressed linens a nice touch. Bathroom was small but clean. We chose this five-star hotel from the "Leading Hotels of the World" website. We are frequent travellers and stay in 5-star hotels whenever possible. Directions to the hotel should be offered upon booking. As a new arrival in Siena, the hotel is difficult to find and automobile access is limited. After spending a night in the Grand Hotel in Florence, one night each in Hotel Metropole and Hotel Ca Sagredo in Venice, we arrived in Siena from Florence by bus.
