Photos look great. In reality this is a run down corporate hotel stuck in the wrong place. If you want the real fee of Tuscany do not go there (unless your american). Stayed at the Grand Hotel San Marco in a double deluxe room for two nights in August 04. Very comfortable large rooms, with all mod cons, friendly staff and great facilities (large outdoor pool, indoor pool with jacuzzi, small gym, etc).
