It took me one hour and a half to find the Hotel, just because the map that comes out in google map is wrong! I was lead to the top of mountain in the middle of nowhere, near the village of Stabbiano, where locals never heard of this Hotel. The address, on the other hand, is not recognized by google... more

Booked hotel last minute to stay one night, the trouble with the hotel is it feels very disorganised and with limited attention to customers. The room smelt and the cost £180 did not match the room/service or breakfast. more

Did not actually get to stay at the hotel as we were told to leave. When we arrived it did not look at all like the website pictures, then we were told that the gates were closed at 11pm and not open again till 7.30 every night so could not leave or enter the hotel during these hours.
