We booked our trip over the internet and were told that we could pay with a credit card. We arrived and had to pay cash resulting in and extremely expensive money exchange process (13% in Italy!). The room was not available for 2 hours after check in time. We stayed for 7 nights and there was no cleaning during the... more

Sincerely the check in is after 12 am and they arrived in the early morning, other clients was still inside ..and to confirm the booking we ask the CC only for no show & we give the bank account if the clients wont to pay in advance ..on thousands of clients is normal a bed mood ones Greetings to all...
