My daughter, two granddaughters and I spent 5 nights in March 2004. We had a quad room that was roomy but was located on the street side and it was noisy. The hotel caters to teenage tour groups that are noisy and fill the breakfast room in the morning. The locations is good but the hotel is showing its age.... more

I was quite happy with this hotel. After a week's worth of travelling with 15 teenagers who had travelled from Australia, i could not fault the service. Very close to the centre of Florence, railway station no more than a block away, and a superb and cosy restaurant 2 doors down. more
