The whole place was so non-American hotel chain, we were elated. Don't mean to gush, but when people get it right, I like to give them credit. The room was decorated in dark wood, plush, modern but elegant, a tremendous value for the money. Service was warm personable and expert. We are definitely finicky, hard to please demanding types.
