We arrived quite early at the hotel, and having only a few nights, had to freshen ourselves in the reception bathroom unfort. However, when we checked in that evening we found the room to be beyond expectations. We booked in the belief that it was a 2star, but certainly was closer to a 3 in relation to other hotels on... more

I've stayed here twice over the past two years, and will be going there again this year when I visit Milan. It's cheap, it's clean and decent, albeit simple. It's also close enough to the Stazione Centrale (about 10-15 mins walk), and close to Corso Bueno Aires which has several shops and cheap eats.. so you won't go hungry at... more

Milan I found to be the most over-rated city I have ever visited, and trying to find a reasonable hotel was rather hard. I was in the city with 3 other friends, and they gave us a good rate for the 4 of us to share a room, but when I told 3 other friends about this hotel, they had... more

The Fawlty Towers of Milan!!! This must rate as one of the worst hotels in Milan, the Manager was sleazy as we were 3 girls staying together he constantly made lewd comments to us daily. When we asked him for a map he said go and buy one - the breakfast was a joke a bread bun and coffee no... more

please dont take too much notice of the bad reviews for this hotel, we had a great time staying here. the location is perfect, right next to the metro station lima, withing walking distance from central station (10-15min walk),10 metres from buenos aires main street and opposite a great, affordable resturant (ristorante-pizzeria sabatini). considering our location the room was quite... more

Great hotel. Room was large, clean, bright and quiet. Continental breakfast with warm, fresh croissants. Friendly staff. Great location for the metro, just 4 stops to the Duomo. Excellent value. Only thing missing was a bath to soak away the long days sightseeing. more

advertises aircon in rooms. this is controlled by the management and comes on for 3x1 hour slots during day. no effect whatsoever. breakfast included - limited to one item per type - one drink-one bakery item, one jam, etc. no cereals or hot food. beds small. bathrooms were 'wet room ' type where if you have a shower, the whole... more

Convenient location. 15-20 mins walk to the central station and within 5 mins walk to metro station 'Lima'. Room is quite clean. But it is too small and therefore we had a very small double bed. I didn't have a very good sleep due to the small bed. Anyway we only stayed for 1 night and left very early in... more

If I could give this place a ZERO score, I would. We were on our honeymoon, and had an experience here that I can only describe as both horrible and bizarre. The warning signs began at breakfast the first morning, when the barista/head maid lady "limited" us with the number of items we could have at breakfast. Not that we... more

Don't stay at this hotel. The reception staff is terrible. We had a problem with the documents of a traveller in our group (the hotel wouldn't accept a foreign ID card or a copy of a residence permit but insisted on a passport which was not available). Instead of trying to be helpful to sort the problem out we were... more
