The Hotel was one of the best of our entire Italian vacation! It can only be described as pure Mediterreanian! The lobby is very picturesque...the location is right in the middle of the most distigushed shopping on the island. WE highly recoomend this for a truly Italian expirience. more

I have never found such an unpolite staff as in this hotel, the room they gave me was a single room over the discoteque and when I asked to change they told me very rudely that they where fully booked, after 10 minutes they where laughing of me and about the fact I belived their story: they had rooms available.... more

While the location is quite good, just off the Piazzetta, close to shopping and restaurants, the service, as we experienced it, was careless and often abrupt. The rooms are spare, but have nice light and are comfortable enough. I felt that I should have booked at the Gatto Bianco, just across the way for 80 euros less. more
