What they say here about Damiano is SO true. He was helpful from before we booked right until the moment we left! The rest of the staff were lovely too despite our ending up there ar midnight and the poor concirge having to take our car to the parking. We stayed here in November for just one night but it was a wonderful experience. Damien was most helpful and friendly and reccomended us to a great restaurant nearby - 'Oi Mari' for a pizza.
