A modern hotel in an excellent location between the beaches and town centre and arts and sciences. Easy to get around by bus station outside the hotel. Otherall we found the Hotel reception staff very poor. Both rude and inefficient. We checked in tired after arriving off the plane and were given a twin instead of a double, we asked to be moved and were put in a room like a dungeon with no windows, once more asked to be moved and received the requested double only... more
