i hated that hotel there was no english entertainment the rooms were small and tacky its not a family hotel more for old or middleaged people there is also hardly any english in there i just come back from there last week and would never return again !!!!! more

I cannot understand how people can complain about this hotel. This was our second visit this year. If I could find anything to complain about was the slowness of the lifts. Just returned from 1st time in Benidorm. Hotel overall was great. Food 5 star, rooms 3 star. Lifts small but not too much a problem. Rooms quite small but cleaned daily. Fantastic view from hotel. Good family hotel. Booked with Friends for next year already. more
