This hotel is very well located on Princesa Street. Very near to the metro station Arguelles (on line 3) just up the street. The facilities at the hotel are great for a city centre hotel and the rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Madrid. more

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel for 2 days in club rooms, and what disappointed us most was the bed, which was 2*1.5 metars big (small). This was truly a problem because of my proportions. Nice Hotel, good facilities. Located in shopping district. Room was spacious, clean and kept well. Only downside was that you have to call the concierge to open the windows in your room. This is ok if the concierge decides to show up!! Sometimes left waiting for up to an hour. Overall though it is a lovely Hotel. more
