Really ugly room. Very old. Probably has not been refurbished since the Civil War. Has absolutely nothing in common with the photos of the nice room published on the web. Very ugly indeed. This two star hostel did not have the room we reserved. What we got looked very different from the pictures on the internet. We reserved a two room suite with kitchen, granite countertops, etc. but when the four of us arrived, they said that suite was only avail. for a stay of 3+ days, and we were only staying one... more

The hostal is very close to the underground. The building is very old and room we had was very small and not so comfortable, there was neither a table, nor nightstands nor a closet! It was even quite cold. You can have double beds. more

The only 2 positive things I can say about this hotel are it is quiet and there was air conditioning (although it only went on after 8:30pm and shut off sometime during the night.). It is a monastic room, at best, with a camp-like bed. The shower leaked so badly, we had to toss our towels on the bathroom floor... more

Man on desk was not helpful, was full of himself and he felt it necessary tell us we where ignorant english people because we couldn't speak good spanish, and that he could speak five languages. We tried our best speak their language but after that point we just didn't communicate. Yes and we are scottish, know who is ignorant. more

I have literally just returned form this place and can only state what a foul and dirty place it is. On arrival we were mildly perturbed as we were greeted by what can only be described as a building site. A young man met us at reception and very friendy he was too. The rooms were clean as was the bathroom. The floors had mostly cracked tiles, the bathroom had a shower with no wall attachment. Walls had various paint and touch up jobs done over time in different colours with some paint pealing. Some rooms are much better than others, the luck of the draw! more
