I cannot belief that I stayed at the same hotel as the last two negative reviews! We had a wonderful relaxing time at the hotel and attached garden. There is no doubt that the Santa Catalina is a grand dame, complete with history, grace, and atmosphere. I spent 3 nights here at the end of a 3 week trip to Gran Canaria. The hotel's public rooms are quite palatial. Reminicent of an olde world luxury Italian hotel.
