Stayed here for a week 7th to 14th April and although the weather was not great my boyfriend and I had a great time. Guanabara Park Apartments are basic but very clean and quiet and well worth the money we paid. I am not going to write about the need to be fit and able to walk up and down hills or steps except the hills can be catered for by taxi at 3Euros a shot; the steps cant be down to the apartments and could cause problems if you are not mobile. We are reasonable fit and the walk up... more
