I visited this hotel last October during a conference. The overall experience was very nice. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious. Also the staff is very friendly (although it is quiet difficult to communicate in english) as it is in the whole country I suppose). Breakfast was also very nice and the location of the hotel is great.... more

Stayed 7 days. Good base to visit Zaragoza town and region. Nice and spacious room. Good breakfast selection. Very helpful staff. Small gym with limited number of machines and some were not working. Shame that the terrase could not be used as a relaxing outside space (as it was August it looked like they could not be bothered to remove... more

I spent two nights at the Silken Reino in July 2007. I had already stayed at the Silken Diagonal in Barcelona last year and came to conclusion that they are a good chain of hotels. We booked a double room via the hotel website at a convenient rate (70 euros per night). My partner and I decided to spend the... more

Great room, good location, quite comfortable. My only quibble is that the only internet connection available is WiFi in the lobby, and they charge 9 euros per day for the connection. For that price, I should be able to at least plug in via ethernet in my room. more

My son and I were on an extended driving tour of Spain. We'd visited Barcelona for several days, spent a couple of days in the Pyrenees, and intended to drive from around the Andorra area to Madrid in one day. But ... we took our time, looking at some unanticipated beautiful sites along the way. We found ourselves too tired... more

I booked for business purposes in this hotel because the one where I used to go all the time (Melia) was full and so where most of the other upscale hotels in town. I booked a room on the business floor, because you have some extra's (perhaps they are imitating the Royal Service by Melia, but it could not compare... more

Chose this hotel because we were visiting a daughter studying in Zaragoza and it is walking distance to the school. Hotel location is good, around the corner from the Zaragoza's main drag, Independenica. A modern business-class hotel with wireless internet, pleasant lobby and staff. We had an actual king bed instead of two twins pushed together. Hotel was able to... more

I stayed at the Reina five days while visiting my then-high school age daughter who was spending the school year in Zaragoza. Her host family's hospitality and warmth notwithstanding, she needed to do some serious cocooning with mommy, in between shopping forays to El Corte Ingles. The hotel is nicely appointed, the service was fine, the location was perfect, and... more
