The USP of Intercity hotels in Germany is their affinity to railway stations. In our case it was convenient to arrive there by train from TXL and to continue after our weekend in Rostock by boat to Finland. Actually the shuttle to the boat leaves exactly at this hotel. This is a great hotel. We paid about 60 euro for a double room. Everything was very clean and the beds were nice. The hotel is right next to the train station. It's not that far of a walk to downtown. I would come back to this hotel again! more

We spent a week in the Intercity hotel in Rostock in March and found the staff some of the best we found in Europe. The rooms were spotless, and well serviced every day. The breakfast was amazing. The one time we did have some noise outsied our room. The staff moved on the people making the noise. Then the next... more
