The Golden Tulip hotel is about 30 minutes from Frankfurt in the old leather manufacturing east side of Frankfurt. Do not sleep on the lower floors of the hotel, otherwise you will lie awake all night listening to bands practice in the record company opposite before being woken by the daily rubbish colection at 4.30am. Some of the staff at Golden Tulip are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The rooms are average size and have a balcony view. Cleanliness is also average. The breakfast is a great deal. Rooms are not handicapp accessible, as with the elevator buttons. This hotel is ideal for business travelers, with basic expectations. more
