I stayed at the Arabella Sheraton Congress when I had an overnight flight connection at Frankfurt. The hotel was typical for a Sheraton - decent sized rooms, good breakfast, clean - but nothing exceptional. Business hotel as usual. Not super attractive, but good service, friendly staff and quiet nice rooms. The rooms are renovated, clean and ok. Even the small restaurant (Stube) is not to bad. This hotel is on a good 4-star level. Dont expect 5star-luxury and you want be disappointed. I will stay there again. more

My booking was for a room with 1K bed made of 2S bed. I got a tiny little room with 1 single bed. I complained, and they gave me a room with 2 separate single beds. And I am a SPG Platinum card holder. Couldn't be bothered to complain yet again as I was only given the new room on... more
