The hotel is situated right outside the Frankfurt main train station making it really easy to get around Frankfurt. No complaints about the location of the hotel and the free access to internet. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in December, while we were in Frankfurt for the Christmas Market. The staff are polite and helpful, and all speak fluent English. Stayed 3 nights at Hotel Excelsior to visit the Christmas market in Frankfurt. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are fine - basic, but clean.
