This hotel equipped with an elevator is located near the train station. Our room was clean and well-arranged with a good size bathroom. English-speaking staff members were pleasant and very helpful. We stayed in Aussen Alster for three nights during worl cup. The Hotel is o.k. - good location, nice and clean rooms (but really small), breakfast very good, very friendly service in the Hotel. We enjoyed our stay in this trendy little boutique hotel. It is bright, modern and stylish and the staff were all very pleasant. Although it is fairly near the central station which in many European cities is not a good location, this by contrast is excellent. You have great transport links and the area is fairly upmarket.
