A huge business hotel, where as others wrote the conference took up the whole lobby (they moved the furniture out) so there was no place to sit in the lobby. Service at reception was friendlier than previous reviews indicate and they coped very well with the last morning rush as all delegates checked out at same time. Awful Business Hotel, that still needs a lot of improvement. The service is unfriendly, and the rooms are not more than average. The lobby is used as part of the convention center, and during my convention there were problems with the stage lighting. I will definitely go to a true Business Hotel next time! more

This is a new, spacious and comfortable hotel. Rooms were fine although most don't have much of a view. Be warned, however, that the spaciousness is because this is a purpose- built conference/exhibition hotel. It is crammed with eager conventioneers and stand designers, installers, tearer-downers etc. But there is so much room that they don't get in the way too... more

Accompanied my husband who was attending a conference in September 2006. Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, very nice room and bathroom. 3 minute walk from bus stop - 10 minute journey into Berlin on very efficient, clean buses. Only fault was that staff were not very friendly. more

The interior and the main hall are very imposant and big. The staff could be more friendly and the elevators do not work properly. But the breakfast buffet ist exceptionell very good. If your company pays you may stay here - but for holiday it is to expensive and too far away from metro station. more

While new with very comfortable beds and a fresh feel to it the hotel is a long way from being ideal for business.
