The hotel is luxurious, staff are polite except on our last day! The staff at the reception was either hung-over or on something high - she did not listen to what my husband had told/explained to her, in the end it went wrong and she had the ordersity to return to my husband asking him what he had already explained... more

I stayed here in the last few days. This is an excellent hotel , beautifully presented and well run. The staff are very attentive and the rooms are at the top end of the range. The cost is reasonable given the quality of the hotel and the location excellent. Recommended. more

November 2007, paid ~250 Euro/night. Travel agent was able to get us bumped to Club Level at no extra charge which allowed drinks and finger food gratis.
