Very good location. Walking distance to Brandenburger Tor and in the same street as Checkpoint Charlie. A short walk to excellent shopping and som of the best restaurants in Berlin. I know that the hotel is currently undergoing a significant renovation and guests' opinions depend on a type of room they get. We were lucky, got a fresh and new double room on the 3rd floor. We loved the hotel's location and the area. The room was quite large, had a huge, lovely bed and was nicely furnished. more

Stayed here for business in late April 2008 and it was a pleasure. The internal architectural structure is beautiful, friendly staff and room was very pleasant. Be warned that the pool is being renovated at present, so you can't use it. Also, I got a room overlooking some tired concrete roofs - not sure if better views are available upon... more

i stayed at the westin grand for 4 days and it was great.the rooms were big enough and very clean. the hotel staff were really helpful and the breakfast was superb. There is also a spa inside the hotel which was really great and very very clean.I recommend it !! more
