My wife and I stayed one night here associated with our visit to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. The hotel is a short drive away in a more rural area. My wife and I booked a one night stay here prior to tour of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. These are about a 15 minute drive away, so location is perfect. Hotel Bergruth is west of Fussen set above a small lake, so it is very peaceful and quiet. Staff, especially Angela (an owner) can speak acceptable English and help guests... more
