We were expecting great things of the Hotel Mueller after reading the innumerable 5 star reviews on Tripadvisor. We came away just a little disappointed. We loved our "room", which was huge, more like a suite. The traditional decoration was delightful, and it had a huge bathroom and a seperate walk in closet, as well as its' own entrance hall.... more

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights whilst visiting the nearby medieval pastiche of a castle "Neuschwanstein" built by the mad King Ludwig II of Bavaria in the 1860's. Used Tripadvisor to find this one and as usual we were not disappointed. Excellent, friendly staff & wonderful location sets this hotel up for providing you with a great experience. A superb restaurant with fine food and good wine selection adds the extra oomph. Not much to add in addition. Highly recommended for a short stay in beautiful Bavaria. more
