If you are looking for an old world hotel, in the heart of downtown Garmisch, this is a nice one. You will be transported back in time, with the inn keepers, euro lifts... not normal size by american standards... and it would help to know some german. Rooms were very nice, wood finishing, very sweet. more

Great value. We were able to extend our stay an extra night. Good breakfast. Friendly staff but only a little English spoken. No internet. Would be helpful to have some English literature available for tourists. Would recommend to friends. Nice midway between Garmisch and Mittenwald. Quiet and plenty of parking. more
