we had a nice room on the front side of the hotel. in the morning we had a wonderfull view of the alps. in the surroundings there are many hiking opportunities. the hotel is not cheap 125 euro per night ( including breakfast which is ok but nothing special) but it is very clean and the service is ok .... more

Food really good even for a fussy 11 year old. Wonderful views of the mountains. Rooms old style and could do with a makeover but very clean. Outstanding Hotel. Peter Miller the owner and chef runs a wonderful Bavarian Hotel. The restaurant is a wonderful place to eat and reasonably prices. You will enjoy the hotel and the view. Stayed at the Vier Jahreszeiten for several days in mid-December 2006. It is a place with a lot of charm and great location. Good breakfast with helpful staff. Easy to see Konigsee and Salzburg from here. Rooms tidy and comfortable. Will stay there again. more
