The hotel was every bit as described on websites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, very cosy and clean, we took a private double room. They even allowed us to check in an hour in advance... I liked everything about the place. It was a little far from city, but we enjoyed the tram ride anyways...... more
