Le Royal was an excellent choice for our family with 2 young kids. It had the space and peacefullness we needed, yet it is so central and within walking distance to everything in Annecy. Annecy is a great holiday destination for families with kids - there are large safe playgrounds, one is very close to the hotel. The lovely lake... more

We just returned from a long weekend in Annecy where we stayed at Le Royal. I don't know where to begin to extol the virtues, at least for our needs. It was convenient - to the train station and to sights - being in old town, but not in the heart, so accessible by car. We arrived and were greeted... more

We stopped here driving from UK to ski resort in the Alps. We are 2 adults and 2 kids. This was perfect. They have appartments with a double bedroom and a sofa bed.
