The hotel was easy to find in a couple of minutes from getting off the airport bus at the Congres stop on the Promenade des Anglais (and going back on the Airport bus from the Gustav stop even easier and closer to the hotel). Not "posh" but very satisfactory. A little apprehensive when first saw the entrance (door with plywood infill for glass - (later explained to us that hotel was waiting on door replacement). The terrace rooms overlooking the colorful murmur of the pedestrian zone, with views over rooftops to the mountains are rare and remarkable.
