We booked this aparthotel for a 5 night stay in Cannes. The hotel was situated about 10 minutes walk from the public beach which is free. The town is between 5 and 20 minutes walk depending on how far along the Croisette that you go. The apartment we had was a one-bedroomed, 4 person apartment. There was a twin bedroom,... more

Stayed here 5 times, always for the Cannes Film Festival in May. Great staff, very helpful. One year they let me into the office to type and print out some temporary business cards. Rate is good, for the festival you always need to book for all 10 nights, the rate for a little two bedroom mini apartment is the same... more

the room smelled stale after a couple days, the bed (sofa pull out) was not confortable. if your looking for a cheap semi-decent place to stay in cannes i guess its ok. it was pretty clean and the location is good. the rooms are of decent size and you get a small balcony. if you're expecting anything more than a... more

The hotel is quite old and inconvinient. The office opens between 8:00~12:00AM and 14:00~20:00PM only. The staffs were not polite. The room is old not and dirty. The good thing about this hotel is that the rooms have laudry machine and cooking equipments. The suitehotel by ACCOR (about 300m from this hotel) is much bettern than this hotel. I more

Expensive. Staff said that if we had of stayed the night before, the room would have been half the price. Why tell us this? We tried to then get them to drop the price but they would budge. As if they're going to fill the room after 8pm which was when we arrived. Oh well, you win some you lose... more

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for five nights over the New Year 2006. The basic but clean and spacious apartment was extremely good value for money. Hotel is very conveniently located, just 10 minutes walk from the port and with a good small supermarket close by as well as an excellent baker/patisserie. Staff were friendly and welcoming. This... more

We stayed the Citadines hotel in Cannes for 3 days in Sep 2005 for our honeymoon. We were looking for an inexpensive but nice place, and chose the Citadines. It was wonderful. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was neat and comfortable with a sofa that can pull out to a bed, an attached kitchentte and a... more

After hitting Paris and Marseille and tired of restaurant food (i love french food but there is nothing like the french markets and grocery stores), it was so great to be able to stay at the citadines in cannes for 5 days. So they don't clean your room daily (or ever in the 5 days we were there) but for... more

We have just come back from a week at the Citadines Cannes apts. I think they were great value for money in the expensive French Riveria. Okay the street they are next to is a bit noisy, but on the whole fantastic value for money. The beach is a 10 minute walk away, and is close to a supermarket, (about... more

The Citadines Hotel was just off a very busy and very noisy street, the traffic could be heard from our room. It was a good 10/15 walk to the beach across lots of very busy roads. Our rooms were slightly shabby and in need of updating - not that clean - our toilet smelt awful!! Also there were dirty marks... more
