Rooms are (basic but) clean, there is a great view and the facilities: pool, spa, aqua aerobics (if that is your thing) sun loungers, Shuttle service into town for 1 Euro pp (The hotel is about 10-15 mins away from Antibes and Juan Les Pins so you have to take a taxi or Shuttle) and included breakfast are great. Reception... more

Whilst staying on Camp du pylone I had occasion to telephone the Thalazur hotel which over looks the camp. I found the staff 2 of whom I spoke to understood and spoke perfect English. I in fact wanted to use their wifi hotspot on my laptop. they were most obliging. very handy hot spots available whilst on Camp du Pylone.... more

This was the second time we had stayed at this Hotel in the last two years. We returned because you won't find a healthier cleaner place to stay on the South Coast of France. But only if you love swimming. But be warned apart from the receptionist not many other staff speak English. This is primary a Spa Hotel for... more

Stayed there on a business trip, all Cannes hotels had been booked. Kind of a mistake- the biggest problem with this hotel is the location. It's a twenty minute walk to any other business or restaurant, so you're at the mercy of cabs if you didn't rent a car- cabs which take up to 30 minutes to arrive. The on-site... more

I am glad that we had arrangements in different villages throughout our french riviera holiday because I found the Thalazur very disappointing. The location is not good and it is vital to have a rental car for getting to the things you actually want to see. The spa(thalassotherapie) is an interesting idea but in my opinion very tatty. There are... more

A Hotel that boasts about pools but closes them at 7:00 pm despite temps in excess of 30 celsius. Too far away from outside amenities, Restaurant was not recommended by a Senior staff member.("3 star hotel but restaurant not up to standard"). Misrepresentations about transfers to Nice Airport cost us 50 Euro. Whilst the staff were reasonably efficient some gave... more

So far, reading other reviews, we think that the major feature has been missed. The hotel is an integral part of a large thalassotheraphy ( sea treatment ) complex. Lots of folks stay at the complex just for the hotel facilities, but obviously then advantage will not be taken of the beauty / cure activities. This time we stayed off... more

I stayed in this hotel with my partner for a week in july 2005. I would certainly recommend this hotel, but only if you come by car or do not mind taking taxis all the time: it is situated outside the center of Antibes, even the beach is at a 15 minutes walk. Personnally I'd say that's an advantage: Antibes... more

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Thalazur Hotel in Antibes. Overall, I would say that the service was extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and there is generally a high standard of cleanliness. Parking is free which is another advantage. On the downside, the hotel is not particularly accessible, as the main town... more

An excellent and not expensive way of spending good time resting or enjoying spa close to Nice and Antibes. We used to get there as soon as we had a few days for vacations. Spa is very affordable and efficient, and you can also stay in the hotel without using it. The restaurant offers a fantastic view on the Mediterranean... more
