Location is everything and without it this would be an average 2 star hotel - not too exciting but not too much to complain about either. We had a split level room at the front top of the hotel. The location is great. It is next to TI and Cours Mirabeau. The room and bathroom are small, very clean, well decorated. The bed is firm. The buffet breakfast (Euro 10) is a good deal. It consists of coffee, orange juice, ham, boiled egg, crossant, bread, yogurt and fresh fruit. more
