My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights in July 2008. Overall it's a good, clean hotel. The location is excellent, 2min walk from the Flandre train station, 5min walk from Lille old town. If you want to escape the inevitable cigarette smoke found in most restaurants and bars in Lille, Le Moulin D'Or in Place du Theatre (the bistrot, not the hotel) promises a smoke free environment on the upper floor, as indicated by a No Smoking sign (in English) and no ashtrays.
