We stayed for 1 night in this hotel in rainy cold Perpignan in early April. It is central but in short I wouldn't recommend staying here. It had the air of a hotel that was the first Ibis ever built. Stayed here for one night. Facilities were excellent for this hotel but the rooms in general were average for what is a budget hotel. If you don't go there expecting 5* then you will enjoy this hotel and Perpignan. more
