I go to Beaune often, and try different hotels. Last trip, July '05, I spent 3 nights at the Hotel de la Cloche. I had one of four rooms facing the medieval garden, so was lucky. I was with a tour of teachers and this was the last town before returning to Paris. Beaune was the highlight of our trip and the hotel was charming.
