This was a last minute booking for somewhere local to Parrs Wood complex, Travel Inn is 50 times more luxury than this place, it's old, smelly, dirty and staff don't give a xxxx. Be warned, next time I'd sleep in the car, which is a good idea rather than leaving it on this 'hotels' car park. more

Unfriendly stafff members outnumber the friendly ones. One in particular staff member tried to palm off a twin room but we managed to get a Double as per booking as we were able to provide written proof! As the Village Hotel was fully booked I had the misfortune of having to stay at the Galleon in Cheadle. stayed here for work and turned up late due to stay for 3 nights but left in the morning and went to the travelodge. dont stay here its terrible infested with spiders more
