My partner and i stayed here before a trip to Tenerife and left our car for 10 days. The hotel corridors were dirty our bathroom was filthy with dirt being swept behind the door instead of in the bin and our bed sheets had stains on then with the bed being one of the most uncomfortable we have slept in.... more

Awful hotel, not clean. Very depressing and in need of urgent refurbishment. On return from our holiday we discovered our car had been broken into and the side window was smashed. As it was an airport hotel i didnt expect too much but i was totaly wrong it was worse!!! everything was dirty the bathroom was filthy and the bedroom was coverd in dirt and dust we didnt want to touch anything!! staff weren't friendly would not reccomend more

This hotel is dark and depressing. The room was quite small and the bathroom not totally clean. The shower worked well but it was a high step to get out of the tub - a potential problem for an older person. This is a terrible hotel. It may be cheap and you get a free bus transfer to the airport but all i expect in any hotel is to have a clean room! The bed clothes where not clean the coffee cups were not clean and the bathroom had all limscale in the bath. I always have trouble with Britannia hotels... more
