We were staying at another place in Chipping Campden and the noise level was entirely too high. We moved to Noel Arms and were delighted. We were in Room 1 - upstairs overlooking the main street (120 pounds). The bed was king sized and there was a lovely sitting area with 2 comfortable chairs. You could open up the window... more

This is an excellent hotel which exceeded my expectations. The room we were give was to a very high spec and had a certain charm about it- there were 3 windows so there was a lot of natural sunlight, the bed was comfortable and it was decorated very well. The bathroom was modern and clean with fluffy towels and luxury... more

We stayed here in May and booked a double room for £110. We were at a wedding at the Cotswolds House Hotel ehich is literally 10 steps accross the road from the Noel's arms and a fraction of the price. There was a late night residents bar in the Noel's Arms that didn't show any sign of closing when we... more

We booked two rooms (one double, one twin) for two nights (Thurs & Fri); checked in without any troubles although the place was surprisingly quiet; we did not like the first double (room 2) which was low ceilinged just off the stairwell, tiny crankout windows and though potentially useful for a family with small children since there was an additional... more

Right in the centre of the lovely village of Chipping Campden, this hotel is very well located for the main sights of the Cotswolds. A short walk from the hotel are several restaurants and pubs. There also good country walks to be had straight from the village, so leave the car at the hotel. Easy parking at back of hotel,... more

We stayed at the Noel Arms for one night as a party of three. Check is was fine and no problems. The reception clerk was professional and informative. A nice touch was to be taken to the room and shown the facilities. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and the furniture was nicely in keeping... more

Friends told us that the Cotswolds were lovely so many months prior to the horrendous floods we booked the Noel Arms for 3 nights for our family. Approaching the holiday date we were very close to cancelling but reassurances from the hotel and the tourist board kept our spirits up. Upon arrival the receptionist was very frank with us explaining... more

On our first visit to England from the US, we found the Noel Arms online and we could not have been more pleased. It has all the charm and character we were looking for, including a great pub. The staff is superbly friendly and will do whatever is needed to make the stay enjoyable. Noel Arms is much preferred over... more

Firstly, Chipping Campden is the most gorgeous village/town i've seen for some time, an abundance of shops and facilities. What a lovely hotel, right in the centre, ample parking, absolutely full of character, great food, breakfast (freshly squeezed orange juice, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, fresh coffee) and dinner, excellent service, really friendly staff. The hotel does need some money spending... more
