Overall I experienced a great stay here. The hotel is modern and my room was exceptionally clean (despite other reviews suggesting the contrary on this website). The food in the restuarant is excellent and actually very reasonably priced for the quality. I dont understand the "pretentious" comment of previous reviews. Will stay here again. more

Previous reviews are outdated as they were written prior to major refurbishment. Hotel now has excellent contemporary boutique feel whilst still maintaining classical features. Smart bar, exquisite food and great service madethe whole experience way above average. more

Not a good experience. Asked for non-smoking room given room no 7 which said non-smoking on the door but the room and surrounding area smelled badly of cigarettes.
