We stayed for two nights, the room was good but hot, however on the second night there was a wedding reception at the hotel. When we returned to the hotel at 10.30pm the noise in our room on the first floor was unbearable and we had to ask to be moved to another room at 11pm , not something I... more

Stayed here for the weekend with my partner and enjoyed our stay. Only a 3 star hotel but the room was large, modern and clean, no air con but not a problem for us. Great leisure facilities, although this did not appear to have been cleaned during our stay, items left in steam room and surrounding seating which was there... more

First impressions were very good. Hotel is set in beautful grounds. Checked in quickly and staff were pleasant. No free Wifi even in lounge bar. Connectivity was £10. What a complete rip off! Finding the room was difficult as the hotel has a confusing layout. Was told to take lift to second floor but then had to descend steps to... more

stayed for 3 nights. The hotel benefits from a pleasant spa however it is not properly cleaned and the bedrooms are far too hot having flat roofs and no aircon. There was mould in the bathroom and cobwebs! the food prices were very high and there was 10% added to ALL meal bills in very small print and a space to... more

Were booked in for company Christmas do with overnight stay. Room was a bit cramped but clean and comfortable. Shower not great - shower curtain kept clinging to me whilst I was having a shower! Speed of service in the bar during the afternoon was appalling - 20 minutes for 3 hot chocolates! Room service sent the wrong dip. Evening... more
