We stayed at the Madison for 4 nights whilst attending an exhibition, 5/11/07 until 9/11/07. The rooms, dinners ,(we ate at the hotel every night) breakfast and staff were superb. Our rooms had recently been refirbished as had the bar and restaurant. I would recommend it Steve Ashmore more

Dirty crockery, dirty glasses, unhelpful staff, poorly maintained rooms, peeling paper, dirt on floors - ever after they had been serviced, poor Wi-Fi, staff who only have a basic understanding of English...need I say more?
